All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

- Europe (EU): 5–9 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–12 business days
- Exact shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the final destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. For promotions featuring "Free Shipping," this offer applies exclusively to the first delivery attempt to the customer.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments dispatched outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance handling fees may apply in accordance with the destination country's regulations. The Buyer assumes full and exclusive financial responsibility for clearing all such charges. The Store bears no responsibility for any delivery delays caused by customs procedures.
4. Shipment Tracking & Buyer Responsibilities
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. It is the Buyer's strict responsibility to monitor the shipment's status and ensure timely collection of the package (e.g., from a parcel locker). Failure to collect the package on time will result in carrier return fees being deducted from your final refund, as detailed in our Return Policy.
